  19. from Judge Herbert Dixon Jr. permitting her ex-husband Eric
  20. Foretich an unsupervised visit with their daughter Hilary, now
  21. 7. Morgan, claiming that he had been sexually abusing the girl,
  22. placed Hilary in hiding and was charged with civil contempt. She
  23. was released last September.
